Partner factories · China supply base

Container houses and prefab buildings, built to your project drawings.

Flat-pack, expandable and detachable container buildings, space capsules and light-steel villas — plus architectural aluminium ceilings, facade panels and ACP from the same supply base. Made to your drawings, inspected before shipment.

We are not a factory — we manage the factory for you. We freeze the specification in writing, approve the first piece, inspect the full batch, and carry one contract for the package.

See the module as a building

The same 6.058 × 2.438 × 2.896 m detachable module, stacked two storeys on its own corner posts with an external stair and landing — the way camp blocks, site offices and dormitory units are built. Switch the fit-out to see an accommodation layout, a shop or a cafe bar, and drag to look around.

Common questions

How long is production and delivery?
Lead time is set per project and stated in writing in your quotation — it depends on the product line, the quantity and how the order is packed. It counts from deposit and approved drawings, and shipping time then depends on the destination port and whether we consolidate your ceiling and modular orders into one container.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is set per project rather than by a fixed rule — it depends on the product line and the panel sizes. For modular units the practical minimum is usually one 40ft container load; for ceiling and facade panels it is quoted per panel type. We will tell you honestly if a smaller trial order is not economic.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes — panel samples and colour/finish swatches can be couriered before you commit to a production order. Sample cost is refunded against the first bulk order.
How is payment handled?
Payment is arranged per project and stated on the proforma invoice. Wire transfer in USD is standard; first orders usually run on a deposit-balance structure, and larger first orders can also be invoiced through XTransfer. Nothing is due before the specification and drawings are frozen.
Do you inspect before shipment?
Yes. Every order is photographed and checked against the approved drawing and checklist before loading, and the report is sent to you with the loading photographs.
